JLL’s retail team needed a presentation system that could keep up with the pace and variety of their high street listings, while still reflecting the caliber of the markets they represent. Rather than creating another one-off deck, we developed a flexible InDesign template built for both brokers and marketing teams.

The system includes modular layouts for covers, floor and site plans, co-tenancy maps, and demographics, all designed to handle real content without losing visual integrity. With a clear structure and a design language tailored to Los Angeles retail, the result is a tool that helps the team move quickly while keeping every listing polished and on-brand.
