This retail center sits in the heart of LA’s Glassell Park neighborhood. Our assignment: help entice new businesses into the area while also giving the community a vibrant new place to gather. 

We achieved our aims by making Verdugo Plaza a standout destination with brightly colored buildings, murals, and ‘70s-esque branding that attracted savvy shoppers and hip new boutiques. The lively design also made the area the perfect backdrop for every influencer’s social media feed.
