ROW DTLA

This 32-acre historic district in downtown Los Angeles is a mixed-use space with retail boutiques, restaurants, offices, and more. The challenge with this project was to create an uplifting brand that would reimagine this area as a must-visit destination. 

Key to our approach: a subdued color palette, which not only softened the look of the buildings but also added a sense of warmth. The result brought residents, workers, retailers, and shoppers together in a true community space.
